①Face

- After cleansing, apply the oils, lightly massage for a few seconds, and allow it to absorb.

- Skipping the use of an essence separately, mix a drop of the oil into a nourishing cream and allow it to absorb into the skin.

②Body

- After showering, pat dry and apply an appropriate amount of the oil. 

- Mix one or two drops of the oil into a body cream or body lotion, and apply it.
